The machine is designed to lift and tip 120 litre plastic bins filled with ingredients, which require adding to the main mixing chamber.
The unit is free standing and incorporates the following features:
- Hydraulic operation for raising, lowering and tilting
- A Remote Operator Control Station with push buttons
- Manufactured in 304 stainless steel with a polished finish
- Fully wired with its own control panels. Mains supply by customer
- Carriage arrangement allows the bins to be pushed in and out with no extra clamps
- The Bin is maintained in a vertical position until in the tipping position, to prevent spills
- A Jog button shakes the Bin free of product in the top position
- Ground to tip position in + 6 seconds.
